Matt shepherds projects from schematic design through construction administration, simultaneously guiding clients’ ambitions into reality while working with builders in the field to iron out thermal boundary and air tightness details. Matt has worked in Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles on a diverse range of residential, multifamily housing, academic, and institutional buildings. Matt is a Certified Passive House Consultant and a LEED Accredited Professional.
