Chris Clay is the senior technical trainer and quality assurance coordinator for the Opportunity Council's Building Performance Center. Chris has inspected over 1000 weatherization and home repair projects since coming to work for the OC in 1994. Chris has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly and lived to tell the story. Chris is nationally recognized for his engaging training style and dedication to teaching and furthering the understanding of safe, effective weatherization including: combustion safety, use of the blower door, air sealing, ventilation, mobile homes, and dense pack wall insulation to name just a few.
