Grid-integrated buildings are emerging as a major priority and opportunity for communities. Utilities are increasingly looking to incentivize grid-integrated buildings. Homes, offices and the utility grid will start working more as a unified and coordinated system, rather than as separate and distinct entities. The result is a new paradigm for energy management, and new opportunities for savings and services. This session will introduce grid-integrated buildings, what the implications are for builders, and how they can generate revenue.
