This session will identify advancements in technology that have made cold climate Air-Source Heat Pumps (ccASHP) possible and increasingly important as we seek to optimize energy use, reduce homeowner costs, and minimize the environmental impact of burning fuels. We will focus on trends and recent research on the beneficial application opportunities of ccASHP and provide resources for selection, sizing and installation of ASHPs.
